Philips 43PUS7394/12 recovery packet

Scope: TPM191E_R.211.000.103.000. These runbooks are preparation only; no recovery, uninstall, reboot, flash or file write was performed while creating them.

Emergency order

1. Do not power-cycle repeatedly. Record screen state, LEDs and whether ADB answers.
2. If ADB works, collect read-only package/path/version/log evidence first.
3. Identify whether the failed artifact is a /data/app update or a system- image change.
4. For an updated-system APK, use only the package-specific guide after explicit authorization. PackageManager fallback is preferred over file deletion.
5. For tvfw.jar, verified-system or no-ADB failures, stop. Use only an official Philips full firmware and a proven model-specific procedure.

Stop conditions

Stop and reassess if the serial/model/build do not match, ADB targets another device, the base APK hash differs, the official firmware provenance/hash is unknown, battery/power is unstable, or any instruction requires AVB bypass, unlock, arbitrary block writes or third-party images.
