Restore Channels updated-system app
Use only if a newly installed /data/app update of org.droidtv.channels
causes failures and normal ADB is available. This is a future state-changing
rollback and requires explicit approval at execution time.

Proceed only if the active code path is under /data/app and the untouched base
path/hash matches BASELINE-HASHES.md.
Authorized rollback concept
PackageManager documents:
cmd package uninstall-system-updates org.droidtv.channels
This removes the update and falls back to the /system APK. It is not to be
run from this document automatically. After explicit approval, record complete
output, then verify active path/version/signer, provider stability and EPG data.
Data warning
The base APK reappears, but an update-created schema or preferences may be incompatible. Never clear app data as a reflex. Preserve the pre-update DB and validate channels, Guide/Now/Next, favorites, recordings, reminders and timers.
