Phase 6 artifact manifest

No patched APK, JAR, ODEX, VDEX, system image or firmware container is emitted. The required Philips platform/AVB signing material, vendor source/build config and proven recovery path are unavailable. An unsigned or randomly signed APK would fail the shared-UID update gate; a loose changed JAR would not be a safe firmware artifact.

Successfully built and tested artifacts are instead:

• exact source-level PATCH.diff specifications for EPG, GEL and USB;
• storage policy and selective adopted-storage design;
• executable guarded EPG cleanup reference and four offline test harnesses;
• stock-callsite/signing-block verifiers;
• golden hashes and the machine-readable full-snapshot test result.

Their final hashes are generated in patches/artifacts/hashes.sha256 by the central validation harness. Binary output remains BLOCKED, not failed.
